About Me

I’m the co-founder of WooRockets, and I serve as Chief Product Officer. I’ve spent the better part of two decades working as an interaction and user experience designer. Creating WooRockets allowed me to leap into the role of full-time entrepreneur and product designer. I am also an advisor and investor in small companies that focus on building the best possible human experiences.

Originally from Upstate New York, I took the opportunity to live and work in Copenhagen, Tokyo, and Stockholm before settling down in San Francisco. I left design in 2001 to spend three years as a line cook under Chefs Victor and Tony at BB. Previously: artificial intelligence researcher, Tcl/Tk developer, collegiate fencer. Currently: avid runner, politics junkie and the delighted father of a spirited three-year old boy.
